Free Shipping For $49

Items purchased at full price within 5 days of being moved to the Choose What You Pay collection are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively. Your store credit never expires, and will automatically deduct from your next purchase at checkout.

Our Shipping process

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. No shipments to APO/FPO addresses, AK, HI, PR or other US Territories. No international shipments. Due to the size and the weight of our equipment, we can only utilize well known freight companies for shipping. Each shipment will be palletized, strapped down and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damages during transit.

Upon arrival you may ask the driver to break down the palette into individual cartons to unload the goods from the truck easily. We generally include Lift Gate service. This will arrive as curb side delivery. Trucker will unload the goods from the truck to ground level. If you must have inside delivery service, there will be an additional charge which needs to be paid separately and coordinated with the freight company.

Door-to-door shipping service

For orders shipping to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and countries in the European Union (excluding Switzerland), we offer standard shipping for a flat fee of $15 per order and expedited shipping for a flat fee of $75 per order.
Orders over $250 USD (excluding duties, taxes, and shipping) will receive free standard shipping.

International Parcel Delivery

For all other international countries, we offer expedited shipping for a flat fee of $25 per order. Orders over $500 USD (excluding duties, taxes, and shipping) will receive free standard shipping.
